- Register and book services for personal use only.
Prohibited Use
You cannot use this website for:
- Anything that negatively affects user interaction.
- Anything harmful, unlawful, abusive, or violating governmental laws.
- Infringing on copyright-protected materials.
Registration Policy
You must provide true, accurate, and complete data about yourself and your car. Personal details must be kept up to date for booking processing. Violation results in immediate suspension.
Password & Security
Registration data is personal and confidential. We may require password changes or suspend accounts if security breaches are suspected.
Website Availability
Provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant accuracy or virus-free security. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
We are liable for personal injury or death caused by employee negligence or fraud. However, we are not liable for:
- 01. Losses outside our reasonable control.
- 02. Business losses or data corruption.
- 03. Loss of software or system downtime.
Booking Policy
• Phone confirmation acts as an irrevocable contract.
• We prioritize vehicle warranty unless written consent is given.
• Work only starts after explaining costs and receiving permission.
• 24-hour repair policy: We aim for rapid turnaround.
• UK residents only; must be 18+.
• Valuables are the customer's responsibility.
• Complaints resolved within 21 working days.
• BACS payment may be requested if necessary.
12 Month Warranty
Covers 10,000 miles on parts and labour, subject to:
General Clauses
Governed by England and Wales law. These terms represent the entire agreement. If any part is illegal, it will be deleted while the rest remains valid.
